1. General Terms
By booking with CoolCasa, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Payment can be made via Debit or Credit card
- Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
3. Pricing & Fees
- Prices are displayed on our website or shared in your custom quote.
- Late fees apply if items are not ready for pickup at the agreed time.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the delivery date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before delivery are non-refundable.
- If your event is rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate the new date but cannot guarantee availability.
5. Delivery & Pickup
- We will deliver and collect the items within the agreed time window.
- You must ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Please ensure there is safe and reasonable access to the event location.
- Failed delivery or pickup attempts due to access issues or absence will incur a cancellation fee
- Any last-minute changes to the delivery or pickup location must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance and may incur additional charges.
6. Use of Items
- Items are to be used as intended and with care and must not be sub-rented, modified, or mis used in anyway
- If using items outdoors, they must be protected from weather and excessive wear.
- You are responsible for supervising the items during your event.
7. Damages & Losses
- You are responsible for any damages or loss of rented items during your rental period.
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged in case of damage, loss, or excessive dirt.
8. Liability & Indemnity
- CoolCasa is not liable for any injury, accident, or damage arising from the use of rented items.
- By booking with us, you agree to indemnify and hold CoolCasa harmless from any claims, liability, or expenses resulting from your use of our items.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or extreme weather.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of this jurisdiction.
